Position Overview:
The Dillard College of Business Administration (AACSB-accredited) at Midwestern State University (MSU Texas) invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Finance beginning Fall 2026. Full-time faculty members teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. This is a 9-month, tenure-track position. Associate and full professors will be considered. Face-to-face and online teaching are both expected. In addition to the administrative and teaching duties, the successful candidate will engage in scholarly activities leading to the maintenance of faculty qualifications in accordance with the Dillard College of Business Administration's faculty qualifications policy. Salary is competitive.
Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in Finance or a related discipline awarded by an AACSB-accredited university.
- Track record of excellence in teaching (including online) a broad array of basic and advanced accounting courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Demonstrated research and other intellectual contributions consistent with AACSB standards.
